WARNING!!!

READ ONLY IF YOU CARE!!!! LOL

The year was 1985. Heavy metal was at it's peak here in the U.S.A. I was a 11 year old metal head as we were called. My favorite band at the time was Quiet Riot. I had all the QR albums and lucky for me, my friend Joe Gaskill had just taped the QR video "The Wild And The Young" and "Come On Feel The Noise" .

You would think he would tape these so I could watch one, then the next video would be the other.....but no! He decided to tape a video by a band called ACCEPT in between the two QR songs!

Lucky for me I thought, that I have a fast forward button on the remote to push! So I would always just fast forward through the "Midnight Mover" video every time. That was until one day at my friend Shawn Moyer's house we were watching the tape and nobody felt like fast forwarding, and BAM there was Accept with this guy in army fatigues spinning around on the screen! And on top of that a strange voice to boot. I was hooked!

Off to the store to buy my first Accept album Metal Heart since this was the album Midnight Mover was on. But alas, they were out of that album, however they did have "Balls To The Wall". So of course I bought it! What a great album it was so Quiet Riot was history, and everybody I met would not learn and hear my new favorite band Accept whether they wanted to or not!

Needless to say now everyone must learn U.D.O.!!!!
